On July 21, 2017, the opening ceremony of the 8th Confucius Tourfoot Henan Supporting Education and the donation ceremony of Luoning Huatai Mining Development Co., Ltd. were held at the Sundong School, Luoning County.

The team leader of the provincial sports team and Shi Zhanxiang, deputy governor of Luoning County, made a speech.
