Two agreements were reached between Shengda College and Korea Nambu University, Korea Chunnam Technology College on June 6th2010, which include clauses for the Korea side sending teachers to Shengda College and Shengda students going to Korea for academic degrees, as well as some communication between teachers of both sides.
Dr. Wang Yuwen, Representatvie of the founder, Professor Cui Muyue, President of Shengda College, and Professor Cho Yong-Ki, founder of Nambu University, signed the agreement on behalf of the schools.
WooAm Culture Foundation, founded in 2008 includes Okgwa High School and Chunnam Techno College, founded in 1950 and 1990 respectively and Nambu University founded in 1998. The founder and Ceo Cho Yong-Ki, Ph. D, still works as the general manager in WooAm Campus. His devotion to the educational cause is as respectable as our founder Mr. Wang. He was awarded a Ph. D of Education and Administration by Pacific Western University in 1992. The school’s mission is to show each student’s great talent, develop expert skill, and help them realize their dreams through cultivating virtue and through various majors which cater to students’ individualized needs.
The meeting was successful and set a new example of cooperation between Chinese and Korean private schools. It is certain that there will be further communication in the near future.
