On March 25th, Dr. Kent Neely, the Vice President of West Oregon University, accompanied by Mr. Neng Yang, the director of WOU’s International Student and Scholars office, visited Shengda College.
In the morning, Professor Muyue Cui, the President of Shengda College and Ms. Shufang Wang, Director of the Board welcomed our visitors. Both Vice President Neely and Professor Cui introduced the history and the education systems of their colleges and negotiated some cooperation programs. At the end of the meeting, they exchanged gifts and took a group photo in hopes to continue further communication and cooperation.
In the afternoon, Ms. Dun, the Director of the Foreign Affairs Office, showed them around the campus. The visit to the art department, the library and the computer center greatly impressed President Neely. He also spoke highly of the beautiful scenery, the sports facilities and the modern living necessities of Shengda College.
This successful visit contributes to the further development of our college.
