On March 14th, a team of twenty-nine Shengda teachers and students left for Taiwan in hopes of advancing teaching methods and improving relations with the mainland. The entourage will pursue their studies in Miaoli Commercial and Science University.

On the day of their departure, Shengda founder’s representative, Dr. Wang Yuwen and other leaders escorted them to the airport to bid them farewell. Dr. Wang wished everyone good luck and helped them check their luggage. He then expressed his hope for this promising journey. Wang believed the cooperation between the two parties would serve as a positive beginning for a long-term partnership.

On the afternoon of that day, the departing teachers and students found themselves already feeling homesick. But with faith in their future, they began their journey with high hopes.

The Student Exchange Project will give Shengda an opportunity to better acquaint itself with Taiwan. It will also give Taiwanese teachers and students to experience Henan and other provinces. There is no doubt that our teachers and students will study hard there. More such projects are sure to come in the future.
