Session on Graduation Theses (designs) Instruction and Practical Teaching

In order to make the engagement of evaluation and construction efficient and orderly, the Office of Academic Affairs organized the conference themed on graduation theses (designs) instruction and the practical teaching in the 2016-2017 school year, among deans and deputy deans of all departments, all teaching secretaries, the directors of the offices for Teaching and Research, the leaders of the laboratories centers, etc., in the international meeting room, which keeps a purpose of ensuring our college to pass the assessment and comprehensively improving the level of graduation theses (designs) and the practical teaching.

At the meeting, Professor Wu Yimin, the leader of the Office of Academic Affairs, first of all, announced the official launch of graduation theses (designs) instruction. Director Wu interpreted the rules of management and writing for graduation theses (designs) in 2017, based on the situation that our college is facing in the under graduated teaching assessment. He required that faculties in all departments must be strict to the quality of graduation theses (designs)studyThe 2017 Graduation Thesis (Design) Instruction Manualcarefully, follow the format of theses and the rules of writing, and finish the graduation theses instruction of this school term on time according to the schedule arrangement.

 

Then, Zhao Jing, the deputy director of the Office of Academic Affairs, interpretedthe Student Professional Practice,Training Interim Management Approach of the Zhengzhou Shengda University of Economic, Business & Management and Interim Administrative Measures for the Professional Practice of the Zhengzhou Shengda University of Economic, Business & Managementin detail, and gave a further explanation about how to ensure the safety of students’ practice outside, and about the effect and budget of their practice.

Finally, Pan Jie, the chief leader of the Practical Teaching Section under the Office of Academic Affairs, gave further requirements about how to standard practical teaching materials, and did general arrangements for the rules of writing laboratory and practice reports in this school term.

After the conference, the staff in the Office of Academic Affairs arranged the relevant materials and sent them to every person who had taken part in the meeting, and required all departments and sectors to strengthen the study of the materials, making joint efforts and cooperation to further improve the quality of graduation theses (designs) and the practical teaching in our college.
