Have you ever considered starting an undertaking on your own? Has it ever occurred to you to join a sports club, especially a Taekwondo Club? Recently I had an interview with Mr. Xu, the founder of a Taekwondo Club.

Starting  an  Undertaking

“As a young boy, I was imbued with the desire to challenge the world. Being a coach on the JiLin Taekwondo Team, I was inclined to start my own business. When I saw the hungry market lacking a Taekwondo training base in Longhu Town, I was determined to found a Tae Kwon Do Club. I believe the sky is the limit! I will persist until I succeed!”

As far as I am concerned, the opportunity of a lifetime is passing us by; we could not bear to miss the chance. Therefore, according to the coach, have you considered what the spirit of starting an undertaking is?

- Bearing hardships and diligence. College students lack the spirit of striving and struggling. This is why Doctor Wang Guangya, the founder of our college, spurs us on to starting an undertaking.

- Perseverance. No matter what others said, the coach stuck fast. So never give up our dreams!

- Sharp observation. We need a good command of observant eyes to be aware of what is going on around us.

Starting an undertaking plays an important role in one’s success. The spirit of it will be immortal as well as inspirational to realize our life values and aspirations.

“In the world of entertainment, sports have undoubtedly flooded every inch of space. It is also true of Taekwondo. Since ancient times, it has been both a recreational activity and noble culture.”

Why is Taekwondo so popular with people? I give credit to its spirit:

- Strengthening constitution. Not only does it improve our ability to resist diseases, but also makes us more energetic and vigorous.

- Hardening willpower. It helps in overcoming laziness as well as striving to challenge ourselves.

- Balancing life. It provides a great opportunity to release pressure, broaden interests and enjoy life.
