Time flies. Now I am a sophomore because of the coming of freshman. The environment is not strange any more, but I have to say goodbye to those days we got together to pick up the leaves.
Last year, the first time I stepped onto the campus, I tasted the strict school spirit and rules at Shengda. After finishing the military training, I began to experience the labor work. Frankly, I was fed up with it at that time. But now, when I look back, a new recognition comes to mind.
During the labor work time, we get a good chance to interact with our classmates. We talk about our dreams, our hobbies, share happiness and sorrows. In the morning, the youth, the sunshine, the breeze, and the leaves make up a perfect and glorious scene. Labor work also unites us, and strengthens our friendship. From this harvest season, we get happiness and friendship. We will always remember those days when we picked up the leaves. That will be an unforgettable and wonderful memory of our college years.
From labor work, we learn more about life. Life is not easy for everyone; we should respect people from different positions and cherish their contribution. We can understand our parents better and learn the value of work. The important thing is that we use our hands to create a beautiful campus, so we realize that we should shoulder the responsibility to keep our campus clean.
In my eyes, labour is an important part of our college education, and it can make us beautiful. Even though now the freshmen are not satisfied with the labour work, I believe they will understand the labour work gradually. I hope the freshmen can cherish these days and enjoy themselves in labour work.
