On the afternoon of March 26th, Prof. Frans de Jong., President of the Dutch University Alliance, head of the NHTV University Breda University in the Netherlands, Ms. Letty Zhu, a teacher from the NHTV Breda University in the Netherlands, and a teacher from the Henan Education Exchange Association visited our school. Wang Xinqi, the executive director of the university, Guo Aixian, the president, and Wu Yimin, the vice president, received the distinguished guests in the second conference room. Principals' office, Academic Affairs office, Development Planning office, Foreign Affairs Office, Business schools and other departments attended the forum.

At the symposium, President Guo gave a welcoming speech. First of all, she expressed her warm welcome to the arrival of the visiting delegation. After briefly introducing the development of Shengda University, she raised ardent hopes for cooperation between the two sides. Executive Director Wang Xinqi introduced the founder's course and idea of running a school to the distinguished guests. Afterwards, Professor Frans de Jong introduced the professional setup and future development plan of Breda University, and provided suggestions on the cooperation mode and details of cooperation projects between the two sides. He hoped to reach a consensus on cooperation.

After in-depth discussions and exchanges, the two sides signed a memorandum of cooperation in a cordial and friendly atmosphere and presented souvenirs.
