Vacation
1. How many vacation days do I get?  Throughout the school year, there are 6 traditional Chinese holidays, 3 in each the Fall and Spring Semesters. Depending on the calendar, these holidays often lead to 3 day weekends. Between the Fall and Spring Semesters, there is the Spring Holiday which lasts between 4 - 6 weeks. Summer vacation is from early July to the end of August. These are the only allocated vacation days, excluding family emergencies, serious illness and visa acquisition. All vacation is subject to the approval of your Dean and FAO.
